Empower Physical Therapy is out of network with all insurance companies. Why? Because this allows us to deliver a higher standard of care without the limitations of insurance. Better treatment and more time with your therapist (without aides/techs/or assistants) means you get better, faster, within less visits than your average clinic.
You can also use your HSA/FSA card or we can provide you with a superbill you can send over to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Additionally, you have the right to a “good faith estimate”. We list our cost for services to be in compliance with this act, however you may request a price sheet sent directly to you at any time.
Our services
initial evaluation
Start here! This initial session will guide your treatment plan. A comprehensive examination that will include a history intake, assessing your mobility and flexibility, alignment, movement patterns and strength. We may also perform an internal pelvic exam with your consent, if necessary.
$230 | 75 minutes
treatment session
Each treatment session will be tailored to match your individual needs. This may include soft tissue mobilization (massage), realignment, therapeutic exercise, stretching and education on what to do for self-treatment. Following each session, “homework” will be given based on what we did that day.
$200 | 55 minutes

Can’t make it in or live too far away? We offer virtual wellness coaching sessions one-on-one to guide you during your pregnancy, postpartum period or through any pelvic floor issues you may be struggling with.
