INSURANCE & PRICING
INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH
Transparent pricing, unhurried sessions, and care built around you.
— A NOTE FROM US —
We are out of network.
As an out of network provider, we are able to practice in a way that is not restricted by insurance companies. Which means you get higher quality of care than your average clinic, one-on-one treatment by a pelvic floor therapist (without the use of aides or techs), and 60 to 90 minute sessions.
More quality time with your therapist per session = better results in less visits.
with care,
The Empower Physical Therapy Team

-
Yes. We can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits.
-
Yes. HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for physical therapy services. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator regarding your specific benefits.
-
No. California is a direct access state, which means you can schedule an appointment with a physical therapist without a physician referral.
-
Out-of-network care allows us to provide individualized, one-on-one treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the entire session. This means more time spent addressing your concerns, identifying the root cause of symptoms, and creating a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
-
Your initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, posture, and goals. We will discuss a treatment plan and begin treatment during the same session whenever appropriate.
-
Every person is different. Some patients notice significant improvement within a few visits, while others benefit from a longer treatment plan depending on their goals, symptoms, and how long they’ve been experiencing them.
-
Yes! Superbills can be provided upon request. Just send us an email at admin@empowerphysicaltherapy.net or let your therapist know.
